Just received notification of interview time and date on Oct 16th in Santa Ana. However, we moved in April to SF and submitted change of address then. Obviously the USCIS didn't change my address so the interview is scheduled to my older address ( still my house but I rent to others so not primary residence anymore). My lawyer recommends me to reschedule the interview but I had read online this could significantly delay my case. It's already been 10 months since I submitted my application for the interview to be scheduled. So guys, should I submit change of address again and reschedule this interview?

Personally, I would keep the interview as is. You can bring a copy of your rental agreement for your tenants in case they are worried about you using "two addresses," (unlikely).  USCIS is notorious for failing to update address changes.
