Form I-485 - Criminal Acts and Violations: Do I have to check YES if I have 2 undrage consumption charges from 5/6 years ago?

I am currently filling out the i-485 and came across the criminal acts and violations section.

I got arrested for underage drinking twice - once in 2013 and another in 2014. Do I have to state yes to all of the questions? And will this affect my acceptance? I plead no-contest for one and guilty to the other. I got community service and a fine.

You have to answer truthfully no matter what, so if the truthful answer to a question is Yes then check Yes! If you have questions about a specific question on the form you can ask here for clarity if you need. Checking Yes does not immediately mean your application will be denied but you can expect to have to explain your situation and for them to look at your case with more scrutiny

Specifically No.25 - 30. Would I be putting yes or no? Also when/where do I explain it?

Your OP said you were arrested twice.  So it appears 25 would be Yes.

From a non legal opinion it seems you would be checking yes for 25-30. Only you have the knowledge to correctly answer but based on what you have stated a Yes seems correct
