Affidavit of Support Woes

Hello everyone, having a bit of trouble and advice would be appreciated, basically all my wife's paperwork is currently at the Nvc stage. Everything is approved except the Affidavit of Support, which has gotten rejected twice now, first time it said file cannot be password protected or fillable, so I flattened the document and removed the password protection completely, then resubmitted, now it shows as "rejected" again but this time there is no notes or reason listed, I called the Nvc and talked to a woman. She said it looked good and she didn't know why it was rejected  and that there was not note saying why it was rejected which was wrong, so she said she would submit to her supervisor to at least tell me why it was rejected. That was two weeks ago. Any Advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
