I think this is the longest AP I have personally heard of. At this point you should look into help with government officials like a Senator's office or Congressperson's office to inquire about your case.

 

Any complication of your case you can think of?

every time we speak to attorney nobody help us every time tell us need to wait and no one can help us in when our ceac in ap

If the case is stuck in backgroud checks, then there is nothing that can be done.

It looks like just under 3.5 years in AP.

That said, it may be worth discussing a Writ of Mandamus (WoM) action with an attorney. I'm not confident it's worthwhile here as I have seen others who had to wait just about as long for background checks, but it's at least something to discuss. A WoM does not force a favorable decision - it only forces a decision. In most cases, it's better to just wait. I'm only mentioning it as the only possible option to actually push things along.
