NVC Administrative processing ?

Hi All,

Noa2 got approved on August 15 we called NVC last week and they didn't have a case number yet to give us. Today we received an email from "AskNVC"as a "reply"to the original request to update email address , saying that our case was currently undergoing necessary administrative processing and that we will be notified with further instruction once the processing in complete.

this sounds bad from all the stuff I hear about AP.. but I am not sure what to think about AP at NVC stage , anyone has an idea?

PS : I posted in the August NOA2 to NVC  thread also because I was not sure if I should have started my own topic here ..

Most likely it’s a standard message. NVC cannot update your address unless they created a case and assign a number to it first. 

Our NOA2 was on 7/09, received by NVC on 8/19 and only today we got an email of the case number assigned.
