I am a US petitioner for CR1 (my husband) and CR2 (stepson) visas. We are at NVC stage.

They are two SEPARATE petitions, with SEPARATE I-130s, were approved SEPARATELY and have DIFFERENT case numbers.

Subsequently, I will be paying all the fees twice, for each case separately.

I understand that I should treat each case separately even though husband and stepson will be immigrating at the same time.

I live alone and have no dependents.

I only have one full-time job from one employer, one income from this job and my income is enough to sponsor my husband AND his child.

I am NOT using any joint sponsors. I am using only my income for each Affidavit of Support.

Can I use Form I-864EZ for both my husband and my stepson's NVC cases?

Technically, yes.  However, you can use the I-864 instead and just leave all the asset questions blank.  Removes any doubt by a less than fully trained NVC staff member.
