My fiancé has someone who work there. He did everything for us marriage license for his first marriage, divorce license and extrait done in 3weeks. I am so happy. You can try to see if they open still and talk to someone to get it faster

If you don't mind, can you message me a phone number? I tried calling the number online but can't get through. My deadline is next week.

Are you the us petitioner? Why do you need your birth extrait?

Ahhhh ok I understand yet I was told about the birth extrait

The P3 letter, link is below, is what you use to gather your documents. Unless it's on the list it's not needed unless you heard from someone who finished the interview and that document that you didn't include was asked for. Does happen but if you follow the rule of "bringing everything but the kitchen sink" you would have a dickens of a time.

Nope! Nothing. We found out about a month ago that our instructions were sent to the wrong email address! I requested that they be resent to the correct email address. I’ve been calling and emailing and all im told is that the request has been escalated and is “in process”. Super frustrating. Does anyone know if my fiancé can go ahead and do anything (ie DS 160 or schedule medical exam) without the official letter?!

I’ve still have not gotten any email from the embassy I called there counter part in the us. They said they will email Haiti about the letter still nothing. When I called Haiti embassy about two weeks ago they told me just complete the ds 160 from and sign up and pay the $265 fee at some bank  and wait for the email. Sooooo I’m waiting and checking the embassy site every other day to see if there is any interview dates available.

You have an explanation now you have really no choice but to wait. Keep checking every other Tuesday with your case number at ceac.state.gov for current status. The file will not ship till then and NVC cannot tell you which date it will ship. It's just what is going on in Haiti and it is not the fault of the NVC. Sorry that is your reality.

When you are at the VJ sub forum for all things dealing with the US Embassy in Haiti most there will help answer your questions for the processing of your visa using their personal experience.

Have you created a ustraveldoc account? I would do that if you haven’t yet- you will need the case # to create the account.
