Hello! I think this might be my last question, at least for a while.

I have arranged my medical and interview and now I'm just in the final process of gathering all the documents I need to take with me. I already have a completed i-134 form, which my fiancee completed while I was over in the US last week.

The evidence we have is as follows:

  • employment letter on company stationary that states her start date, position, that its full-time and her salary. Her salary is a decent bit over the 125% poverty guidelines.
  • signed print outs from her bank showing deposits for the past year in her checking and savings accounts. These have been signed and dated by the bank manager.
  • two pay stubs
  • signed statement showing the dates opened and balances of her accounts, checking shows almost $3k and savings shows almost $10k
  • completed I-134
  • I also have her tax return folder for 2018 but it doesn't show that much as she has been working abroad for the last three years, unto the begging of 2019. So I don't expect that I'll need to show it.

Does this seem as though it would be enough evidence for a K1 visa interview at the London embassy?

I have the feeling that it would be but I'm just triple checking.

Thank you!

We just had our interview Friday and they took everything you listed as well and last three years tax transcripts.
They only handed back pay stubs.
We went over prepared luckily and not sure why they took so much.
My guess is Ryan had all of it clipped and just handed it to them.
He offered it up so to say.
I make well over the 125 and 250 percent.
No refs, no issues or anything.
My advice be over prepared just in case as I was surprised they took so many forms of my current income.
Good luck at your interview 🙏
