I don't know why. It's literally on the !!!Warning sheet that's included in the packet they send you. The one that also includes "Do not open". 

but yeah people should read instructions more. Appreciate kind people like you not failing to remind and help those doing this process! Y'all the real MVP. Better and more knowledgeable than most of these "visa agents" around tbh 😅

I agree .. it is in a letter included with the visa, it is also on the embassy website with the instructions .. yet people miss both.  Go figure ...
