Btw, when I search 'McConnell Rule', it says, see 'Biden Rule'.  Actually, I did see some Leftist editorial writer try to call it the 'McConnell Rule', but this person seemed off his rocker with TDS, but what else is new.

    I don't want to get personal, but I sincerely doubt my level of partisanship approaches yours. I have actually called the Democrats out as being wrong for trying to pack the SC. I am not going to deflect it and say McConnell said it's OK because Biden said it's OK. Biden's opinion  was wrong. So was McConnell's. Neither justify where we are.   

 

  I understand why they are doing it, but I am not defending it. Politicization of the SC is wrong. That Biden or McConnell don't care about that doesn't influence how I see it. It is simply the wrong thing to do. Continuing down that road is also wrong. As I said, it's going to bite us all one day. If you want to defend that go ahead. I will not.

See, that is where I differ.  I think both Biden and McConnell are right and certainly within their Constitutional rights.  Btw, I have not heard any GOP member suggesting they should pack more justices to SCOTUS, please correct me if I am wrong.  I will take a constitutionalist justice any day though over an activist judge.
