I-130 for mom

Hello VJ, I am a citizen of America would like to sponsor my mom from Indonesia, I tried it before but it she was back in Canada, and USCIS recommend for I-212, since she decided not to wait in Canada she went back and dropped the case. now that she is in Indonesia ( more than 10 years outside U.S since her last departure from U.S)

Now that I want to sponsor her again, what do I have to  fill out beside I-130 form, and I plan to be a single sponsor (without joint sponsor). I'd like to make sure everything before I send it out to uscis, including payment form. How long does it takes to complete the process.

No. The I 864 is submitted to the NVC along with the other documents. Please read the guides and information that is easily accessible so that you understand the process.  This site is firstly a “self help site” and then a “  be helped “ site .. 😁
