I-130: Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?

My wife received her first GC because of my employment-sponsored green card. I later became a naturalized citizen. A few years ago we moved abroad and she gave up her GC via I-407. Now I want to file a petition for my her second green card.

 

I am not sure how to answer the following question on I-130, page 5:

 

”Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?“

 

Does the fact that my wife got her first green card through me mean that my employer also filed a petition for her?

A petition was for you and not her, she received derivative benefits.
