All my original submitted documents got accepted but I received two messages from CEAC roughly 30 days later.

1. Upload my proof of income. >> I am moving back to the US so I uploaded my new signed job offer with salary and work locations, i also uploaded a new form I-864 as the pay is different.

2. Said I might need to prepare a Joint sponsor as I don't meet financial requirements. >> I meet this in regards to income as well as assets so I guess this got put here because I was missing income proof?

Anyways i uploaded signed job offer and updated I-864 and submitted on May 14th. I have still yet to hear back from them. :(

Hoping I hear back soon.

i wish i had that service from NVC. for the 2nd delay we have waited a little over a month already. its supposed to be by this week that they review the submitted documents that i submitted on june 1 and 9. if they dont review them by this week then theres something really going on and needs to be investigated. all other visa class are not supposed to be moving or at least not too much but for my wifes visa class ir1 priority preference is supposed to be given before others and im seeing that my wifes visa class is being treated like any other.

Resubmitted on May 19, we heard back from them today. Waiting for the interview now 🙂

Congratulations and thanks for the update.  My wife's original submission was May 21 so maybe we will hear something soon. Obviously the official "NVC Time-frames" site has been fiction lately.

If it makes you feel better I resubmitted 3 documents on May 24th and am still waiting to hear back. Allegedly there was some issue from Mid May to early June where if you added documents it was basically delayed for 2-4 weeks.....

I'll check back in if we get approved this week.

Waited for an hour and a half on hold today and finally got through. Allegedly any documents uploaded from May 4 to June 10 were not viewable by the review team. They said my documents "uploaded" on June 5th due to this delay. Currently they're at June 4th for document review, hope this helps!
