F21 (wife, green card) - Submitted on Feb 3rd 2020, rejected I864 on March 9, resubmitted on March 9th. It's June....   We applied March on 2018.

As per my limited knowledge, Trump's executive order put all Family Sponsorship Applications on hold, i.e. Petitioner being a Green Card Holder. This might be the reason for delay in DQ.

That's possible! Though nobody mentioned that they will delay/stop the DQ processing or review process.

Great, ISB Embassy is still closed, any news on the when they'll resume operations? and with the BackLog, it's gonna take a while for the Interview appointment.

I have no idea. I want to know too when is embassy going to open in Pakistan. My husband said it has opened in Pakistan, but I am not sure. Let me know whenever you get the interview schedule email/letter or find out when is embassy opening.

From what I had assumed from reading multiple entries on this forum is that it takes around 60 days if the NVC docs are approved in month of January lets say, you'll get a interview schedule letter in February, for the actual Interview date in March! (30-60 days). I have also read, if after Interview, you are stuck in AP, it takes anywhere from 6-18 months to process... and you should not contact them before 6 months of no update. I also have read this that embassies in Pakistan are putting males in longer AP. 😕 But due to this virus delay; I think it may take an additional 6 months to get our interview letter.... Good luck.

AP? Is this some sort of Background check?

Check your messages on your NVC account.  They take forever to load,  but if you have a message that says case note,  then you will need more of something.  Am having this exact issue now.Every time i submit a new paper, they ask for another. 😑
