How long does NVC take to review resubmitted documents?

@Sumavia: No update still, they are processing documents submitter on Feb 13, maybe since we added another document on March 5, that they will base it on that date. I am still hoping to get DQ's this month.

Current estimate as of 4May2020 NVC is processing cases received on 13Feb2020. 

 

They didn't process many in a week.... Cause last estimate on 27April2020 was 11Feb2020. 

 

Idk how all these ppl are getting approved that submitted after February

I submitted everything for review on Feb 3, 2020 for the first time.

Rejected I 864 (for PDF problem?) on March 9, 2020

Resubmitted I864 on March 9, 2020.

No updates so far!

Also me, resubmitted some documents for AOS,

I'm wondering How long do we have to wait to get the approval from NVC.

Hoping  would be completed sooner for all petitioners.

I just called the NVC.. the lady on the phone told me, they are currently reviewing cases submitted to them on Feb 13th..

she verified that I had resubmitted on the 25th, and that they haven't gotten to that date yet.

 

which is interesting.. as some ppl recieved DQ's on dates after the 13th..

Yeah they say that (I called them recently and got same BS story) . But from VJ we all know that isn't true. It's seems to be random. Many ppl have jumped ahead of others and there doesn't seem to be any reason.

There might several cases on your submission date that is why. Fingers crossed.

That doesn't explain why so many ppl are getting approved way before other people

I think it explains because in my case, those of us who submitted on the same day, some got it 12th March, and I got mine 13th March, and some others got theirs a day after

so NVC Timeframe shows the same date it did last week.. Feb 13th.. Ugh 🤨
