pkt 3 turnaround time

He's been waiting for his barber to come back from vacation so his hair can be "just right" for his passport picture so once he gets the passport he can go to the CIB and make the payment (he already tried to do this but they won't take the $ without the passport) and make the medical.

That is *almost* the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Tell him to get his butt in gear, and that's not being a control freak!

It is in my timeline. The gap was because:

1) I had to send him the I-864. That thing took me forever to finally and completely put together.

2) He hates filling out this #######. It was pulling teeth for him to fill out the DS-230 and checklist. He kept trying to overthink it too much. Also instead of taking things one step at a time, he kept trying to do it all at once and started confusing himself. It was not a fun Saturday spent explaining that ####### over the internet.

3) It is partially because we are on a fixed schedule. Even if he got an interview date in a week from now, he cannot leave until September.

Just curious what the average is for people who have had to fill out a packet 3 and return it. If it took your SO more than a month to do this did it tick you off?

We Never offical received it ... BUT as soon as I heard everything was Approved and sent to the embassy.. I told my husband to get everything ready!!!!!!!!!! Even though his police report time ran out.. He had to get a second one.. BUT WHATEVER

I gotta say... I am highly impressed with the Barbers in Egypt.. Mohamed took my son to this Barber shop.. wallahi he has NEVER had so good of a hair cut!!!!!!!!!!!! All by hand... NO buzzers.. I've been home for 2/3 months and it STILL looks nice!! never has his hair grown in this GOOD ...lol.. :thumbs:

Haha, though, I really had to btich at him to do it. He moaned and groaned and must have said '** this sheet' 900 times. I was really assuming he would have it out sooner, because the sooner this is over with is the sooner it is over with, but yeah he diddled around with it. Not as much as your man though. I would send the harpy patrol out to the house. He's being silly and lazy.
