Thanks.. I was hoping between sept 24-27 as i have filed VL from the office.. I also dont have the documents from my fiancé yet. Does he need to send another affidavit of support. He has already sent one together with the I-129f?

Yes, a new I-134 should be provided (it was not supposed to have been sent with the I-129F). The evidence with the existing one is almost certainly outdated anyway.

Sorry, what do u mean by the evidence is outdated? I believe he sent his past 3 years w2s with it.  He planned to send me the same affidavit of support with the same W2s and new set of payslips.  Do you mean he needs a new AOS?

Thank you in advance for the advise you can give.

Evidence of his current income - namely the paystubs and/or employment letter. The ones from when he filed the I-129F may no longer reflect his current income (the CO doesn't know if he got a raise, cutback hours, changed jobs, got fired or laid off, etc.).

The W-2s show past income, not current income. They are fine to include alongside the I-134 to indicate a history of stable income.

Sending the financial support evidence with the I-129F is a waste of paper and time.   He will need to send a signed I-134, most recent tax return/transcript  (not 3 years) & W-2 for the visa interview.   << all of those can be emailed as attachments.     If not a new employee pay stubs and employer letter are not needed.

Pay stubs & employer letter aren't necessary unless they are new employees.   Most recent tax return and W-2 are primary.

For Philippines, they may accept that fine (I can't say I've seen enough cases where they did actually ask for it). I was speaking in general terms for a complete affidavit packet (on mobile you can't see the country flags so I didn't even notice it was PH. :P).

Thank you so so much @Hank and @geowrian for your help.

Could I ask some more questions? 😊

Does he need to send his divorce letter and court papers (he has dwis long time ago but we sent it with the petition already).  Has it even gappened in the past where it was included in the petition but the CO still asks for the documents.

Also, i wanted him to come with  me during the interview but he cannot. We only have seen one time. Would we have a chance on the interview?  Thanks..

Personally, I rather overload my binder with copies of documents that was already sent along with any updates and other evidences than not have them during the interview. Like what they say, "better have it and not need it than need it and not have it"...

I hate having to waste all those papers but I'm a nervous nelly and an overthinker :D

Yes. I was asked for photos of us together even though it was sent in the I-129F petition already. I provided the same photos that we submitted.

Meeting one time within the last 2 years is the minimum requirement. Your chance of approval on the interview will rely on many things including proving bonafide relationship.
