Date : 09/14/2019

 

Hello to all VJ members,

 

My I-751 pending - receipt Date: 11/06/2017 .. more than 20 months but still no update.

last update on 04/09/2018

 

N400 filed on 11/28/2018

my N400 interview on Date 08/07/2019

passed the exam..but decision cannot be made.

my Uscis account case status  after more then 5 week : status shows "scheduled an Interview"

no status change, no any update.

is it normal?

pls. advise.

Thx for your response 

no i was not asking about my i 751 

 at interview time my husband with me but IO said no need to come together 

if need he call

after interview he said everything good .

Respond in 120 day.

after that no update

I had very similar situation. It looks like your I-751 is waiting for approval. I don't think you should worry. As soon as they approve I-751, naturalization approval will follow. 

here is my timeline:

Feb 14, 2019 - N-400 interview (decision can't be made, no rfe or anything)

5 months of silence

July 17, 2019 - I-751 approved

August 30, 2019 - N-400 approved

 

I don't think there is anything you can do. I tried to contact senators and congress people but USCIS doesn't seem to care.

No problem

I sent the oath letter with application for rescheduled oath with proof ( ticket of India shows date) after 5 days my USCIS document tab shows that they got application and de schedule my oath 

And after week got hard copy of letter.
