NO web-update, email, smail but NOA2 approved

I sent my app in feb 26th overnight. They got it the next day. Got NOA1 mar2. Touched twice week of may 21-23 then nothing.

No email

No web update (still says "pending")

No snail mail

No way to call (got standard we are working on 6 months ago BS )

I called NVC on the outside chance it went ahead. I could not get through. I tried 4 days in a row.

I finally got through and the n ice lady said "Oh yes thats been here and gone, its on its way to the embassy".

Holy Cow! NOA2

YippeeKaiyay...

What do I do now?? Can some one point me in the right direction?

2008-11-20 Payment accepted

2008-11-22 I-485 NOA1

2009-01-09 Biometric

2009-03-08 Interview Letter

2009-04-08 Interview Approved!

2009-04-08 Welcome letter received

2009-04-18 Green Card Received

Congratulations. :) The same thing happened to us, so I know how it feels.

The next step is for the embassy to send Packet 3 to the non-USC. You can look at what's needed for it in your country and start working on it now.

K-1, AOS, ROC
2007, 2009, 2011

Naturalization

2016-05-17 - N-400 package sent

2016-05-21 - NOA1 (IOE receipt number)

2016-06-15 - Biometrics

2016-11-08 - Citizenship interview in Detroit: approved
2016-12-16 - Oath ceremony

Go to the February Filers thread and read what others including myself have done about the situation you are in. There have been a few of us who found out we were approved via calling NVC, because we were never notified with a hard copy, an E Mail, or a change in our online case status. You may also want to check out the February Filers at NVC thread.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Congrats! Must feel nice to know that you're way ahead of where you expected to be! :)

Now I think you should be gathering up old tax returns, pay stubs, and all the original evidence you sent in. Plus proof of an ongoing relationship! Plus a statement that you continue to support your petition. Then mail it all off to your fiance!

I'm hoping my case has gone the same route as yours. Our timelines are very simliar. I think I'll call NVC tomorrow. How did you go about asking the information to them?

I just asked if they had received my paperwork from csc. She said yes here is your case number and we sent it to the embassy yesterday. Wam Bam thank you mam.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!
