CR1 anybody experienced issued twice on ceac status but no tracking for passport and visa?

GOOD DAY, I am done with my interview last september 9. How long til they delivered the passport with packet? Is it normal that I get 2 Issued (Barring Unforeseen Problems)?

 

Interview date                    -  September 09, 2019

 

CEAC STATUS Change    -  September 09, 2019 (ISSUED)
We have authorized issuance of your visa. Barring unforeseen problems, the visa packet will be delivered to your designated address by courier service within 7 to 10 working days from the visa issuance date. Do not finalize travel plans, purchase plane tickets, dispose of property, or cease employment until the visa is delivered to you. For visa delivery inquiries, contact 2GO courier service Call Center at (63)(2) 528-7136.

Sounds like the second Ready means they send it. So you need to wait.

It is normal. They don't usually issue visas on interview dates. It might be that the date of your visa issuance is Sept 13. After that, you'll receive an email on how to track your visa packet. I had my interview last Aug 12 (same as yours, i got a notice that visa is issued), then Aug 13 (same as yours, 2nd notice that visa is issued). Received the visa packet Aug 16. I checked the visa details and Aug 13 is the date when my visa was actually issued.
