Hi there. There you will see a list of each document they want you to submit.

Like a photo (passport type - 2 inch x 2 inch), form I-864n your birth certificate etc.

Is a K1 or CR1 visa?

For my CR1 was not place to add more evidence of our relationship. They asked me for this in my interview (I sent pictures, letters, chats, tickets and reservations for hotels when we traveled together, the joint bank account information).

For the sponsors they ask me (NVC) to submit some proof of citizenship (passport, birth certificate) of each sponsor.

Hope this can help you.

I was told that some people add more bonafide evidence to the other section at the bottom of the upload page, but I've also heard that the NVC isn't concerned with that and it make not even be looked at until it's sent to the embassy. I personally did not add any more at the NVC stage but my husband's interview is next month and we have prepared a packet of evidence that is basically updated stuff from our I-130 petition (photos, cards, travel receipts from trips together, etc.)

I was told that the consulor makes a descison before the interview that's why its good to apload some more updated evidence . how long did it take you to get interview date from submitting documents to the nvc ? and can you please tell me what are the civil documents they need in case  we are missing something. thank you so much

I can't speak for Morocco, but I have never heard that a consulate makes a decision before the interview. For some people there is a gap of 6 months between submitting to the NVC and the interview, A LOT could happen that would be positive "evidence" like the birth of a child, another wedding celebration, a family visit from the US, etc. But again, I have never even been to Morocco.

We submitted our documents to the NVC on July 3rd. On July 29th, we were told that we needed to rotate and resubmit my husband's passport because the text must read horizontally across the page. We resubmitted on July 29th. We got Case Complete on August 28th. We got our interview date September 13th.

BUT the amount of time from Case Complete (all documents are accepted by the NVC) and the Interview is entirely based on the country you are interviewing in. Our time between Case Complete and Interview Letter was short because my husband is from a country with only 2 million people.

You can find the list of civil documents here. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-5-collect-supporting-documents.html

There may be something specific to Morocco. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Morocco.html

Everyone's case is different so please follow the two websites above.

I don't have any Judicial records, so nothing to submit.

The photo is a photo of mine (beneficiary) Passport type.

The 2 police records is for the 2 countries I've been living for the last 10 years.
