Affidavit of Support Question

I entered on a K1 last year, filed for AOS in November 2018, and finally have my AOS interview scheduled for September 20. My wife had originally filed an affidavit of support as a part of the process and easily met, and exceeded the minimum financial requirements. However, things have changed and she is no longer working, as of a few days ago. I received my EAD/AP combo card in February 2019 and have been working since April. I earn considerably more than my spouse was earning, so how are we supposed to fill out the affidavit of support that needs to be brought to the interview? I'm wondering whether we need to filing a separate form or submitting an additional letter explaining the situation instead. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
