How to talk to someone at nvc?

Hello 

My i129f was approved by uscis August 22nd. August 25th I did an address change on uscis also I emailed nvc through their online form notifying my address change. 

I have not received any type of verification from nvc every time I call them the recording basically says all agents are busy please call back at a better time and phone hangs up. 6033340700

Is the number I dialing. Is there a different number to speak to someone to verify my new address and try to get our case#?

I would try calling first thing in the morning, the earlier the better! You should beat most the the phone traffic and be able to talk to a rep.

I usually had good luck calling on Thursday or Friday afternoons. I was usually able to get through in under 5 minutes. Afterwards the wait to speak to someone has ranged from 30-60 minutes.
