Hello all ! My wife's interview is on 9/23.

We just realized we need a CEMAR. Apparently the marriage certificate is not enough. If we try to get it Monday of next week, will we get it in time?

Normal is a couple of days if you apply in person.  Same day is also possible in several locations

YMMV

Here is a link to the embassy checklist

Gather all documents as listed in the DOCUMENT CHECKLIST  (STEP 5).  You may have provided these documents during the NVC processing but are still required, once more, for the interview process.

Also:

Complete your profile and register your delivery address at the link below, you can do this online or by calling.  Some sections will not apply to you, skip over those, making sure to complete contact information and DELIVERY choose;  Home delivery, or you can arrange for pick-up at a variety of 2GO locations.  MOA (Mall of Asia) being the quickest.

Online >>  https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Philippines

Calling >>  http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-main-contactus.asp

You will have 24 hrs. after the interview to change/update your delivery address, after that time period your profile will be locked.

Which among the list of purpose should I indicate for the request of CEMAR?  Is it the passport/travel? Or US embassy re-verification.

Thanks :)
