Apply Visit Visa for taking my mother to US

Not a valid reason to obtain a visa. How long has ur mom been outside the US?

I work for an airline. Possibly the airline she is planning to travel with. I can assure you we provide facilities for people with all sorts of disabilities. Even people who are completely paralyzed can fly. If necessary we can provide a lift to get them in and out of their seat. Whilst it would be nice for your mother to have you to help her, it’s not necessary in the eyes of immigration. 

 

How long has she been living in the US? She must be able to understand some English if she lives here. If she is flying via Italy or Dubai or anywhere else, maybe you could accompany her that far and then she does the final leg into the US herself. Presumably someone will be meeting her when she arrives? 

 

I flew with my husband 5 weeks after he had both knees replaced. I didn’t have to do much. Special services took care of everything. He could hardly walk and they took him all the way to our seats. Call the special services department of the airline and they will help you. 

 

Im also wondering how “elderly” a mother of a 28-year-old can be. Unless she adopted you when she was 60?

almost is going to complete her six months in pak

I can understand but every visit visa does not mean that the person will not be returned to US after entering . Every person has its own problems which we donot explain to CO in detail.

Understood, but the law required them to presume exactly that - that every visa applicant has immigrant intent until they can demonstrate otherwise.
