Items that show you would return to Pakistan.  Property deeds, a job, marriage, etc.

It will be an uphill battle.  Your mother being a LPR is a tie to the US, not to Pakistan.

She was alone dat time nd dat was so panic for her. Even she did not eat any thing on Itlay airport during her stay as she did not know where to go or where to not...............she cant even speak English properly may be i m not explaining her situation now in a good way. but in my opinion being a old age travel to US with connecting flights and long stay is not as easy as for young people.

1) Are you living in Pakistan or KSA? I highly suggest not interviewing for a tourist visa in a country where you do not currently reside. It's technically permitted but they have no means to assess you circumstances and are likely to deny under 214(b) as a result.

2) You would only present a document if they ask for it. They almost never do (they have no way to even verify its authenticity, and people who can write one up for you are a dime a dozen).

I am in Pakistan now a days it means u wanted to say if i applied this from KSA its became strong case as it ties to back to KSA for job. but i have applied it from Karachi because im in karachi now and mother has to go from here. but it is good if i have my job certificate on my interview day.

I got your point.

The US will not consider your mom needing help as a valid reason to issue you a visa.  You need to qualify based on your circumstances and you being able to overcome the legal presumption that all visa applicants intend to immigrate illegally.

Here is another person who has tried to use her mother as not being able to travel alone and later her nephew not being able to travel alone when applying multiple times for a visitor visa.  It just doesn't work.  Sorry.

Speaking English in Italy is not really a thing. The airlines are good at assisting passengers. If it helps she can ask for wheelchair assistance and they can then take her by wheelchair somewhere she can get food and wait for a connecting flight. Yes we totally understand flying when you are old and not good at the language is not easy, but it’s also not a reason you’re going to get a visa to the US. If it really is the reason you are flying, put your money where your mouth is so to speak by just requesting a “transit” visa (US doesn’t really do proper transit visas but you’d get a very short stay, maybe one day visa) so you can see her off at the airport to meet whoever is picking her up, and then go back home? That might work.

Hopefully you can puzzle out how to  show your saudi iqama which specifies your job title, expiration date, and sponsor

Saudi iqamas are generally viewed as strong ties.

If your iqama is expired or not current you have a low likelihood of getting a visit visa from Pak

A lot depends on your citizenship as well. My wife (we weren't even engaged at the time) was working in KSA for 5 years and interviewed in Riyadh but was denied. Most single Filipinas are (very high B refusal rate).

Saudi nationals are only around 1 or 2% refusal rate worldwide. If it weren't for some other requirements, KSA citizens would likely be eligible for the VWP instead.

Good point.

I wouldn’t lay chips on OP’s chances for a visa but his Iqama should be enough to back his story.
