Approved after reaffirmation without noir

Hi everyone. Some of you might still remember this name, some might not. Last year 2018 I went through the pain of my petition being sent back to uscis, after spending 4months on ap. It was sent to uscis for another11 months. Making a total of 15 months of pain and turture for me and my wife. Well i want to finally say that the petition was reaffirmed july 2019, after a long time and my appointment was september 2019. The appointment was booked by me. It was reaffirmed without an noir. I went for the interview after being asked 3 question and the co said they have all they need. And I was approved.

Congratulations. Sorry you had to go through that. I'm happy its finally over. Now you and your wife can be together. Thanks for sharing your story.

Congratulations Edwin. Can i book an appointment after i had submitted DS-260 and all required documents? pls advice

Yes you can book an appointment. The truth is, if you dont book an appointment on your own. They will believe you dont want to book yet. You might end up waiting precious time. I had to mail the consulate immediately i got reaffirmed, before they updated my profile on their appointment portal.

Secondly, i updated my ds 260 form on the day of my interview because i was told myvds 260 had expired, so i had to update it before i was interviewed. Best of luck

Well We were canceled by the embassy after the nvc made an visa interview appointment for us , has been having a difficult time scheduling one since September 18 2019 we are unsure if we should pay the fees over again but even if we wanted to there’s no clear instructions on how to do that... please my head will fall off for going in circles!! If anyone knows what we should do please send me a message via inbox...

You dony have to pay anything again. Just call them. Just call or send an email to your embassy. They will direct you on how to make an appointment.
