Hi, everybody!

I am SO happy that I got my green card today by mail. I was a K-1 visa holder and started to apply for AOS on Feb 3rd, 2007. During the process, you guys on the forum gave us GREAT help while we got RFE and waited. Thank you so much!

Here is the process of my AOS and EAD. Maybe I missed some "Touched", but it is the main timetable of my process.

My husband and I think it is pretty amazing that we did not get any interview for AOS, and we are lucky. I hope everyone here can have good luck too, and get your AOS approved soon!

For the people who are still working on the AOS, please discuss your problems and questions in this forum, because it is REALLY helpful! For me, it is even better than the lawyer.

Thanks again! :)

Yes, we got "pending at CSC" email on Apr 26, 2007. I was worried at that time too, but people here told me to be patient. If the case is transfered to CSC, actually it is a game of waiting. "Pending" just means they have not made decision yet.

I just got transfered last week and I am anxiously awaiting the 'pending' e-mail! From what I've seen, it can take anywhere from 15 - 30 days to get it. I wonder how they transfer the files there...and how long it REALLY takes to get there!
