Need advice - can I visit close to the date of my interview?

Hi all, I’m sorry if this gets posted a lot but I couldn’t find a relevant post similar to my situation...

I live in the uk and my fiancé is in the us. We applied for the K1 in May and on Monday my fiancé received a letter saying the I-129f was approved (great news!)

ive visited her twice in Texas this year, both times for only 1 week at a time (in March and in September). I’m planning on attending her sisters wedding  in November in Seattle (this trip will only last a week again). We’ve researched timelines and it looks as though my planned trip in November is cutting it very fine to a potential date of my consulate interview.

Does anyone have any experience with visiting their partner at this stage of the K1 process?

i understand there is always risk when visiting a fiancé but if anyone has any information/experience with a similar situation I’d greatly appreciate it.

Note - when I visited earlier this month I took a lot of evidence that I had ties to the UK still (employment letter/tenancy agreement etc). I was only asked the purpose of my visit and how long I intended to stay for this time and didn’t need to provide any evidence.

I believe in the UK you schedule your interview date, so as long as you schedule the date after you'll be back in the UK, you're fine.

Having said that... with a NOA2 in early September, you're probably looking at a late October/early November arrival of your petition to London (it takes about a month and a half at NVC for most people these days). Which looks more like a December interview to me (VJ average is 38 days from petition arrival in London to interview).

Non-issue. I met my then-fiancee the day before her visa interview at the US consulate. It is just another visit that you can document and obtain evidence.
