So on the I-129F form on Page 9, Item 3 for the Multiple Filer. What option should I choose? This is my first time petioning someone for the Fiance Visa and im not previously married nor got into any trouble with the Law. I'm petitoning my Fiance, she's not my spouse yet. Should I choose "5. d. Not Applicable, beneficiary is my spouse, or I am not a multiple filer" or leave it blank? Thank you for the help!

If you are not a multiple filer like you state, then yes mark 5 d as it specifically describes “....or I am not a multiple filer”.

Ps on the official i129 f instructions,  top of page 3 under number 3 of the “general instructions” it says to not leave anything blank, but to instead write “n/a” if an answer does not apply to you.

In practice, it seems like it's okay to leave things blank if the form won't let you enter anything into them because they're not applicable based on previous answers.

At least, we did on both the I-129F and all the AOS-related forms and didn't have any problems with it.
