I see later dates NOA1 approved, but my case is still stuck in "received". Heartbreaking. Attorney stated filed request to expedite 3 weeks ago, and there is no evidence of it :(

Really, I am just here to whine

NOA1 from same service center?

YMMV

I'm sorry :( We were left behind and I know how awful it feels and how cathartic a whine can be! I just took a look at Igor's list for Potomac and it looks like they've only just started on May so I'm sure you'll be hearing very soon! If it helps at all, it's totally normal for USCIS to be processing cases from multiple months at once instead of in the order that they were received.

If you haven't already, I suggest downloading the case tracker app. It allows you to search the statuses of up to 500 cases at a time (I had it set up so it would search 250 cases before and after ours) and seeing how cases around your are progressing can be a huge source of comfort.

Hello DGF. What's the name of the app? Is it made by USCIS or a third party?

It's called case tracker. It's made by a 3rd party but gets data from USCIS (I believe it's the old site, because in our case the case tracker updated at the same time as the old site (egov) which was a day before the new site (myuscis) updated).

I know how you feel. Our case has been dragging and it feels like everything is taking longer. We are at the waiting for interview letter stage. I see people with later priority date and later case complete date getting their interviews scheduled for the same embassy as ours and we're still waiting. It's so discouraging 😔

Good luck, I hope you hear something soon!

It's been 7 and half months for us since we filled. I  asked USCIS and she said I should make official inquiry since I didn't get decision within 60 from the day USCIS  receive our REF response. (The officer suppose to make a decision in 60 days after REF). And It's been 10 days since we made a request hopefully we will get our NOA2 soon. It's very frustrating.
