Packet 3 LONDON -easy answers?

Right, searched here for an hour. Sure this has been answered already but.....

Received packet 3...

The instructions from London Embassy say to complete forms DS230 PartI, DS-156, DS 156K, DS-157 from http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/visa/.../visaforms.html

When i go to this page and open the PDF forms, each says at top 'expires 31/05/2004'

Does this matter or do i still fill them in and print them off to post? Is there ones that haven't expired elsewhere?

Secondly, i have everything else on the checklist ready, apart from police certificate which is well on the way. Should i send the forms i refer to above first, and then the signed checklist later, or is it possible to send the whole lot together? I haven't actually scheduled medical yet but intend to do this tomorrow/ day after.

I think I downloaded my forms here because I wanted to make sure they were up to date versions, although they're probably identical to the ones linked on the Embassy's site (if they haven't updated lately, half the links on the forms page of the Embassy site were broken anyway, if I remember right!).

As for the forms & the checklist... yep, you can send the forms ASAP and the checklist as soon as you have everything, or just wait until you can send the whole lot at once. I know (well, I think I remember this) that the info in Packet 3 says to send the forms back ASAP, but I'm not sure whether that really does actually speed anything up if they're still waiting for your checklist... Probably best not to send the checklist back until you definitely have everything you need, though, just in case you end up with an interview date and half your documents missing!
