Putting the package together

I have a couple of questions putting the package together based on the website below:

https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips

·   (Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.)  The applicable identification from me or my wife who is the one trying to adjust her status?

  • Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the nature of the submission. For example, Original Submission, Brief for an Appeal, or Response to Request for Additional Information.
    • Each form has to have a cover letter?
    • What does the cover letter has to say?

  • Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the form number. For example, I-129, I-130, I-690 or I-698.
    • Again, one cover letter for the all the forms or one for each one?

thanks

It's her application,  her number.

Cover letters are optional

YMMV

can I maybe do one cover letter for all the forms?

Its what I did,  primarily for the i485 since the other applications don't consist of much evidence

YMMV

payxibka,

with regards to the question below,

(Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.)

I, the petitioner,  supposed be filling form I-130, so I guess my A-number goes in the check?

Correct, That would be your petition

Did you put your A number on Part 2, Item 1?

YMMV

yes I did.

Another question just to confirm. I am doing just one cover letter, but I am doing as at the sample link below:

https://citizenpath.com/faq/sample-i-130-cover-letter/

Sample Cover Letter for Spouse-Based I-130 Petition

which is being address from the petitioner only; therefore, me being the petitioner will only sign it.

Is that fine?
