That's a question for their attorney. They would be the one doing the bulk of the work to petition somebody...after going through the normal processes to find a US employee first (Edit: nvm..not needed for H2B IIRC).

If it is a seasonal job they could potentially sponsor.  But electrician is a job that can be readily filled by a USC.

Will not be an Electrician, I doubt the OP is qualified.

 

Anyway something the Companies Immigration Lawyer will handle.

Really and none of them speak English? I thought that had all changed over, oh, the last century or so for Italian immigrants. Honestly - that’s going to sound pretty darn weak. 

 

How complicated is it for an internationally qualified electrician to get certified in the US? What state is this?
