My interview is around the corner. I am a Dominican Republic filler..

What papers my fiancé must bring along with him? And what papers I will need?

Your question is specific to the US embassy in the Dominican Republic. You should consulting the US embassy for Dominican Republic's website for the exact information. You can also try the Caribbean forum on VisaJourney, which has threads specific to Dominican Republic filers: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/153-caribbean/

In my case, the required documents were:

  • DS 160 Confirmation Page
  • Interview reservation confirmation (Appointment letter)
  • Beneficiary's passport
  • 2 passport photos of beneficiary
  • Birth certificate and English translation
  • Police certificate and English translation
  • Medical examination report (sealed)
  • Affidavit of Financial Support filled out by petitioner (Form 1-134 and supporting documents, including IRS tax transcripts)
  • Evidence of relationship

But my case was being handled in China, so I can't guarantee that the requirements are the same in the Dominican Republic.
