Our Canadian tourist visa was declined. Not enough evidence she will go back home at the end of her visa.

It was worth a try! Since she is in Philippines it is so hard for her to travel.

Yup!    Same issue as with the USA

I believe she can go to over 63 countries with a PI passport.

Just take a long trip over there and fly solo for a couple of weeks until you meet her, and enjoy the Philippines.

So I have looked in to that. Problem seems to be the transit visa to even fly there. You have to usually fly through Canada or USA which requires a transit visa. Do you have any experience with this?

Yes I have already been to Philippines 5 times to see her and have a sixth trip planned. But was hoping for her to come this way.

Nope, I have always made the trip to PI.  Your time will pass rather quickly it won't be long until she will be have her visa in hand and on a plane to USA.

Good Luck on your Visa Journey
