Just got a i-797C for the i-765.

The attorney filed everything together (i-485, i-765 and i-131).

The reception date is 8/5 (as the Fedex tracking indicated) and the date of the notice is 9/23 (7 weeks!!!).

The rejection was because there were no fees for the i-765. Which according to my attorney (and everything I've read seems to support this) is waived if the 765 is filed with the 485.

Now it seems the only thing to do is wait for the receipt notice for the i-485 and re-file the i-765 (hopefully I won't need to pay the $400+ for this).
