Hello everyone: I went to the interview on August 5, 2019 in Managua, Nicaragua.

I interviewed the consul and told my husband that he waits a moment and he asked me the following questions:
1. How many times to enter the USA
2. How we met
3 when we got married
4. where my daughters were born.
When he finished asking me he asked me for the transcripts of the taxes, and I called him to ask him:
1. how we met
2. How did the marriage ask me
3. When we got married. Everything went well in the interview, and he told me that he was approved by him but he needed the marriage certificate, because the one I was carrying was not from the civil registry. and gave me the green paper saying it was 221g. I sent the correct marriage certificate on August 6 and my case still goes through an administrative process. I wanted to know if someone in this forum has gone through the same situation and how long their case has taken. Thank you

Gracias.

I didn't even noticed it was in Spanish.

I had my interview September 4th, I am still in “Administrative processing”. During the interview I was told to send additional documents and that an additional interview was not necessary. Next day I sent a different marriage certificate from central registry and a police certificate issued at my district.  I haven’t heard anything in 1 month. Please let us know if your case mover forward.

Thanks!

Hi.. do not have news yet, I sent an email yesterday asked if I had any news of my case, I sent the required document and needed to know some information.

They sent me an answer saying that it was still in process and could take up to 180 days after I sent the required documents. This is desperate. I have my two daughters with my husband and how complicated it is for him. I don't understand the reason for the delay. please any news you have let me know. God help us.

Hi, thank you for sharing. I sent an email, same response. I think they must be really delayed because they were closed most of 2018. I can't think other reason why. I hope your case gets a solution soon. I am certainly praying and will pray for you. I miss my husband. Thank you
