Hi everyone!

What is the best way to reach someone at NVC to get a case number? I keep calling and get an automated response system which hangs up at the end. Any tips?

Keep calling until you hear a message that says something like "..this call may be monitored...". You just have to hang up and retry. There is really no other way. Also best time is start calling 5 min before they open and just keep redialing

The best time to try is first thing in the morning, they open at 7am EST. But you must be prepared to be on hold from 10mins to 1hr. YES.... 1hr!!!!! You have to keep trying, because it will keep saying all their agents are helping other customers, so just hang up and call again.
