Hello,

I am 22 and currently still a student. My German fiance and I are coming up on the embassy interview date for our fiance-visa, and in the process of collecting the documents.

I am struggling with trying to figure out how to fill out the financial documents. I am still claimed as a dependent from my parents, so they technically support me. My aunt and uncle have also agreed to be joint sponsors, as they are well off.

Should I fill out I-134 with my parents information, since they are the ones supporting me? Or should it be my information, as I am the direct sponsor/relative for my fiance?

I planned on having my fiance bring with him to the interview both the tax returns from my parents, as well as the returns from my aunt and uncle.

Is there another form that I need to fill out for my aunt and uncles information, and how to obtain this form?

Thank you for the help!

I believe you can use a maximum of two joint sponsors so if your aunt and uncle are individually joint sponsors, then your parents can't be.
