Hello there! My fiance completed and paid for her DS-160 back in July but she has since moved and her interview is in about 3 weeks. We went onto US travel docs to update her address for where her visa and passport should be delivered. Do we have to do the same for the DS-160? The DS-160 application can't be changed, the only option it gives us is to create a new one but then the confirmation number for the DS-160 and the payment will be different.

You don't want to do a new DS-160. Keep your existing DS-160 confirmation number. Other VJers can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it should matter if the address on the DS-160 form is outdated. What's important is that the address that's listed when you make your interview appointment is up-to-date, since this is the address where the Embassy/Consulate will mail the visa. You should be able to update this address online through US travel docs.

Not necessary to update the DS-160 (you can mention the address change to the CO, but it isn't vital).

Updating your profile/dashboard on ustraveldocs was the important one. <
