Hello VJF... I just received my update status. Only to be notified, my approval is past due.😔 I guess this is normal? Or maybe something is going on with my case? Can someone give me some advice? Thanks!

You’re talking about VJ notification? That’s just an estimate based on VJ timeline recent averages. You’re NOA1 is 5/29. It’s not out of USCIS normal processing time yet, that’s about 6 months

All stats, including VJ stats are just estimates. Estimates based upon the number of fellow VJ members consciously fill-in their timelines. If members do not fill-in their timelines correctly, the VJ stats lose their relevance. USCIS stats are much bigger, but the updating of their site is not always great.

 

Good luck on your journey, and ask kindly people to fill-in their time lines.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
