VJ Timeline search bug?

I've been on the K1 and China forums for the last six months. Love VJ. First time posting in this sub.

The timeline database is super helpful. However, I've noticed that the timeline search function appears to have a bug, and I wonder if anyone has any suggestions for how to solve it.

So the timeline search query lets you get very specific and filter timelines according to precise parameters. For example, in my case I was recently searching for K1 timelines in China that had interviews between August 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019. Entering these specific search guidelines turned out hundreds of search results. All of these results were indeed K1 timelines based in China. However, most of them did not match my specific request for timelines with interviews between August 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019. Instead, the interview dates of the search result timelines were all over the map, some months old, some even years old, and some didn't even have interviews yet. Making matters worse, the search results appeared to be in random order, no rhyme or reason, so the only way to find what I was looking for was to open up every single timeline in a new tab and then go through them one by one closing the tabs that were not relevant to my search.

 

Has anyone else encountered this bug? Are the mods aware of it?

Is it possible to fix it?
