Yes my lawyer has clients that are receiving their letters. One he told me got a date of Nov 20 but I’m not sure what was their CC date

Really? You have to get health insurance already? I thought you only had to prove you could get insurance (for the new healthcare proclamation, afaik the public charge proclamation is still blocked by federal courts). Doesn't that make it difficult for applicants who are planning on joining a family member's plan because they actually have to immigrate before they can be added via special enrollment?

Hello everyone! Reading through all of your posts, I really don't understand how the process works.  Everyone's dates seem to be all over the place and inconsistent. I know of people who only waited 3 weeks until their interview date with NVC qualifying the documents in May and June of this year... it seems like they're drawing from a hat almost. 😣

My NOA1 date is Sept 13, 2018, and NVC qualified documents on Sept 17, 2019.
