Pretty obvious but certainly for those who have issues legal guidance is always a good idea.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

For example yesterday I was reading about how to drive legally in the USA while on a k1 visa and it is very clearly stated  by the Department of Motor Vehicles in the requirements “a NON Expired I-94”.

Which state do you reside in? If it's California, then you can apply for an AB 60 license within the last 30 days of your I-94 or after the I-94 expires: https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/dmv/detail/ab60

OP is unhappy with the lack of direction he got from USCIS but his real gripe should be with the time it takes to get his marriage certificate in LA.  In many locations it can be had the same day.  When we got married I hand carried the signed license to the county court house and got my official certificate same day.

At the time of the wedding you will receive a "temporary" copy of your future certified marriage certificate. It won't have a seal, it won't be certified, it will state "costumer copy" across the whole page. It will look exactly like your marriage license but will also show the date you got married etc. People who send a copy of this customer copy with their AOS are approved just fine, the few cases that I have seen. So no need to reschedule your wedding, don't wait for the official certified copy - just send a copy of the customer copy with your AOS. Add an explanation if you like.

You applied for a k1 visa. The requirements for the k1 are you must come and marry within 90 days. After that the k1 is done and you can apply for LPR if you want to stay...

They spell it out pretty understandable here on their website. Dont just read the opening text, read all of the other stuff too. The how to bring your fiancee to the us and the failure to marry in 90 days. All the info you are complaining about that they dont have is right there

Just try to understand that for me it was a huge shock to not be unknowledged about this before and whoch my family will not attend my wedding because of that, I should have had the right to receive them like in all other normal marriages and as I said thanks God nobody of them got damaged economically

You did not realize that marrying within 90 days is the primary requirement for adjusting under a K-1 visa???

Don't you wonder why so many people get confused about this topic?

Actually, yours is the first I've seen being this wholly confused about the parameters of the K-1 visa.

That's not what he said. His issue is that it takes almost 2 months to get the marriage certificate AFTER getting married here in L.A. So just to be able to file for AOS before the 90 days are up he had to move the wedding date to a much earlier date in order to get the certificate before the i-94 expires.

There is no requirement to file AOS before the I-94 expires.  You must marry or leave the US.  To continue to have legal status you file AOS.   You can get married anywhere in the US.  If being out of status is something you want to avoid, go get a civil ceremony someplace where you can get the certificate ASAP before your Big Time LA wedding.

You could have skipped all this nonsense by doing a spousal visa.
