Hello,

My fiancé was approved then traveled to the USA where we lived for a little over two month but she decided to return to her native Colombia. We wanted to give our relationship more time to be sure, well we are sure now. What is our best option now? She didn't overstay her visa. Any advice would be appreciated.

God Bless,

Thank You,

Dennis & Lida 🌞

She entered the US in Feb 2019.....Refile K-1 from the start or go there, marry, and file CR-1.....

K1 has many many issues.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
