hi every ..

ask some advise who has knowledge this

if the beneficiaries apply for tourist visa for U.S because the petitioner not advisable to visit the beneficiary country for some security reason. .... our paper now is NVC dont know how long it takes before the petition approve....

1.is the bene has chance that she can get tourist visa?

2. what are those requirements needed to proved to the consule that the applicant issued for tourist visa?

3. how to proved the consule?

4.if ever the applicant denied for tourist visa what happend with case inNVC it does affect in the future interview?

5. what is the ground if theirs some denial visa application?

Having your spouse coming over on a tourist visa while your petition is in processing are slim. Your spouse can apply but if your spouse has STRONG ties to her country (job, home, etc.) than there maybe a chance but it is slim. Good luck.
