Hello everyone, I’m looking for help because our embassy isn’t being helpful, I’ll share my timeline first: I made a petition for my wife I’m a LPR and my wife is in Honduras

NOA 1 Feb 5th,2018

NOA2 AUG 5th 2019

NVC received our case AUG 19

WL SEPT 20th

Case DQ NOV 1st
request for Expedite NOV 10

embassy approved our request on a NOV 18th And sent to the U.S embassy,

our embassy received our case on November 20th and the status of our case change from in transit to READY the same date

from that moment we haven't received anything from the embassy no

instructions no email NOTHING, we sent them emails, and we’ve been trying to

schedule our interview, but every time the we tried the system said that “ there’s no appointment currently available” , we have Called also, and is always the same.

So now we’re looking for advice to now how to make sure that we can get an appointment ASAP, if there’s is an specific time that the embassy opens the slots or anything that can help us,

anyone that has passed this process please help us !
thanks in advanced for the answers!
