Cannot open message in CEAC NVC website

I tried different browsers and different computers. Nothing worked so I called NVC. Crazy to see that the initial post is from 2019 and this is still going on!

I'm having the same issue. I tried Safari, Internet Explorer 11, and Chrome. I have three messages and none of them will load. There is a grey box that fades to white and then it disappears. My browsers meet all these requirements.

CEAC's only browser requirements:

1. Your browser must support 128-bit encryption.
2. JavaScript must be enabled.
3. Transport Layer Security (TLS) must be enabled.
4. This website will work with a variety of Internet browsers, but it is best supported by
    Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher.

I have the same issue, I get the message DS260 Review note . but when i Click on the message i am not able to open the message. Please help. I clicked on the message at least 40 times  between android and windows 10 and waited as much as 2 minutes on one of the clicks.  I then tried my laptop with either firefox, Microsoft  edge, chrome, and even go into the settings of each to allow JAVASCRIPT but to no avail.

Call them and they will read you the message. 

Will be a long wait but you will get your answer.

I had the same problem trying to read messages on the website https://ceac.state.gov/IV. Tried variety of browsers and no luck. Letting the page load for more than a minute didn't work either because I noticed this error in the browser developer console:

Uncaught Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out

I finally called their number (603) 334-0700 and waited an hour before the agent read me the messages.

WOW.  I am now having this issue, ridiculous they can't figure this out.

Used a couple different PCs but it worked on one after a while of waiting and seems IE is the best for me to use.
