N400 No decision made - Military

I had my interview and wondering why no decision made on my application. I checked online status and my case number went empty (blank). I filed in 2017 and had to update from Single to Married and update on employer. Would those affected my decision cannot yet be made? This is making me nerve wracking because the same officer approved the other soldier but not me this time. 

 

At the end of the interview, the officer did ask me when do I want to naturalize whether at the court or earliest slot available. However, not sure why decision cannot yet be made. Anyone was in the same shoes as mine, please share your experiences.

I realize you are unsettled by the delay in getting a decision, but there's no need to open multiple threads on this matter. I have tried to answer your question in the previous thread.
